The Wilbur is proud to be hosting the WORLD PREMIERE screening of the film Bromates - THIS FRIDAY!
Join us for a night of comedy with the world premiere of Bromates. In addition to the first public screening of the film, there will be a Q&A session with director Court Crandall, co-writer, Chris Kemper and cast members Asif Ali (WandavVision, Don’t Worry Darling) and Jessica Lowe (Righteous Gemstones, Minx). There will also be a live art exhibition by renowned local artist, Timmy Sneaks and a surprise guest master of ceremonies.
About Bromates:
Bromates follows the adventures of two dudes who move in together in a misguided attempt to help each other through their respective breakups. Sid (Josh Brener, who plays Big Head on Silicon Valley) is the delusional optimist who never saw his former girlfriend for what she really is—A brand ambassador narcissist that has always been more interested in gaining social media followers than him. Meanwhile, his longtime friend, Jonesie, (Lil Rel Howery from Get Out, Free Guy, Vacation Friends) is the guy who never wants the party to end or the adulthood to begin. He’s a big-hearted bull in a china shop if china shops were filled with 40 ounce beers instead of small, delicate plates. Along with their other two friends, Angry Mike and Runway Dave, Sid and Jonesie will try to get back on the road to recovery. Even if they have to smash into Snoop Dogg in the process.
